FNBCo Made A Mistake
Firstly: I'm very, very sorry. It's only me and I'm only human. Of course, I gladly accept returns if your item is faulty or not as ordered. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and prepare items to ship back to me within 30 days of delivery, using the original packaging. In this instance I will organise return shipping costs with my preferred courier.
You Made A Mistake
If you have made a mistake and didn't order quite what you wanted, please get in touch. I want you to be happy with your item and I will let you know if there is anything I can do. However, please be aware that all of my notice boards are handmade to order on an individual basis. For this reason it is very hard for me offer refunds due to customer error.
It's Arrived Damaged
If your notice board is damaged when you receive it please contact me immediately and include photos of the item and its packaging, in order that I may seek compensation from my courier. As with any return, you are required to contact me within 14 days of delivery and to ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery using the original packaging. If I accept that your order was damaged during delivery to you, I will cover the costs of returns.
In all circumstances, returns must be sent back in their original packaging, or suitably protected, to prevent damage or further damage. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value due to insufficient protection of returned items.
Please be understanding should any of these situations arise, and be assured that I do not ship items I know to be damaged or faulty.
