How Long Until My Order Arrives?

Ready To Ship items are shipped within 3 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. All other items are made to order and the time I need to build each order will vary. My current shipping estimates are shown at checkout (before you pay). You also need to allow for the time it takes for the courier to deliver your order, usually 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri).

Shipping Within Mainland UK

Shipping within Mainland UK is free of charge, and usually undertaken with Parcelforce or Royal Mail. I always supply tracking information - please use this to keep an eye on your delivery.

Shipping Beyond Mainland UK

If you need delivery to UK islands, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland, or further afield, please get in touch as there may be an additional charge. This will be invoiced at cost via PayPal and this payment is required before I start work on your order.

Please get in touch to check prices and shipping options before purchasing. Please also be aware that overseas buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and that I can't be held responsible for delays due to customs.
